At Elevation Physical and Occupational Therapy, we strive to provide quality care and expertise to any and all acute and chronic conditions which limit function and quality of life

We can treat all forms of pain.

  • Whether the injury is acute or chronic, our clinicians are trained to help each patient reach their full potential. Specific injuries we treat include recent trauma such as; falls, sprains, strains, tears and disc herniations to lingering conditions such as osteoarthritis, weakness, old injuries and fibromyalgia. We can also help with conditions such as headaches, muscle cramps and different types of neuralgias.  JUST TO NAME A FEW.

We don’t only work with painful conditions.

  • We also specialize in treating many types of dizziness and vertigo, general deconditioning and high-level neurological disorders such as stroke and certain pediatric conditions.

We offer specialty services

  • Dry needling, splinting, work conditioning, blood flow restriction training, group fitness classes and sports performance.

At Elevation we always seek to challenge the status quo.

  • We are the only free-standing physical and occupational therapy clinic in our region. In conjunction with therapeutic services, we also have an additional 4,000 square foot fitness and sports performance facility, which hosts a diverse set of instructor-led group fitness classes as well as sports performance training.

People like consistency.

  • You will not be passed around between unfamiliar therapists or therapist assistants. You will see the same clinician each time they walk into the door. This personalized approach ensures that the patient’s plan of care progresses with them, so that every visit builds on the last.

Our fully licensed clinicians are certified and hands on.

  • Our team of licensed therapists provide all forms treatment, and hold certifications in things like osteopathic manual therapy, The McKenzie Method, dry needling and blood flow restriction training. We don’t just treat the pain; we find and fix the cause of it.

We make it easy,

  • We offer flexible appointment times, same day scheduling, accepting all major insurances and ensuring easy payment options.
We don’t quit when the pain is gone.
  • Our job is to teach you how to treat yourself. We strive to empower each patient to understand how to prevent their condition from returning. This allows you to feel in control and decrease healthcare costs.  Upon discharge, we will find a group or individual fitness class for each patient to begin, in order to steer them to a lifestyle that keeps them healthy and free of other comorbidities.
